Ricardo Hernández has been advising national and international clients on a number of legal subjects for several years. He has broad experience in M&A, Corporate, Private Equity and Contract Law. Ricardo Hernández was admitted to the Bar in 2003. Before joining HPL Plewka & Coll. LLP in November 2008, he worked for Haarmann Partnergesellschaft in the fields of Private Equity, Corporate Law and Health Care.
Ricardo participated in numerous Private Equity and M&A transactions and restructurings and reorganisations. He advised Spanish and Chinese clients on their activities in Germany. Moreover he advises professional athletes on contractual matters.
Ricardo studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University of Mainz. Afterwards he obtained his Master of Laws at the University of Hertfordshire (UK) together with the University Prize in International Law.
He is member of the German-Spanish Lawyers Association and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Germany. Besides German, Spanish is his second native language. Moreover he is fluent in English.
