Nina Heine works in the scopes of Corporate, M&A and International Company Law. Moreover she is in charge of the structure and organisation of the office’s knowledge-management as well as for the preparation of the current workshops’ content.
Before joining HPL Plewka & Coll. LLP Nina worked for Nikolaus Freiherr von Verschuer at the international corporate law firm Bird & Bird.
Nina studied business and law at the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt on the Main with a major in general management and company law as well as environmental management and environmental law. Nina Heine has already extensive knowledge concerning contracting-projects based on renewable energies.
Nina is a member of the German Association of Business Lawyers and a member of EUROSOLAR, the European Association for Renewable Energy.
